All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping (€12.95):
– Carriers: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Available worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas)

Free Shipping:
– Available for orders over €50
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Restrictions

Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Conditions

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Products must be in their original condition – unused, with all accessories and original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to our error or defective product)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective products or our errors)

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:

  • Custom-made garden shelters (non-standard specific dimensions)
  • Installed or partially assembled products
  • Clearance or special promotion items (as noted at time of purchase)

Once your return is approved:

  • Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals and parts

  • Do not stick labels directly on the product packaging

Refunds

Return processing typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive your package at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Exchanges

For exchanges:
